The Sledding Hill
I am currently on page 152. Throughout this book I have found a message. It’s to stand up for what you believe in. Eddie is doing that in this book. But the thing that I like that he is doing most is that he is doing it secretively. He wants a Chris Crutcher book to stay in the school. He knows that if he tells people he wants it, he won’t be able to find out information about how they are trying to get rid of it. So, he is going to church and listening to what Tarter’s plans are. The thing that amazes me most is that he is sitting through a whole church service at least two times a week and listening to stuff he doesn’t even believe in. I feel that when Eddie starts talking he will surprise everyone and end up winning the argument.
